Trading

Despite our know-how and our desire to continue to develop new crops, we cannot produce all the plants ourselves due to agro-climatic and economical constraints. The "Trading" activity was set up in 2002 in order to respond to the demands of pharmaceutical and cosmetic laboratories looking for a wide variety of medicinal and aromatic plants endemic to particular regions of the world.

The initiative always starts with researching supplier markets and continues by evaluating their ability to respect quality standards, in the broadest sense of the term, covering the sanitary, botanical and organoleptic aspects about which we are especially careful.

Three stages are involved in our trading activity :

• research for new partners (monitoring the medicinal and aromatic plants market, selecting geographical locations for development) and international sourcing.
• establishing a relationship with suppliers (ensuring good quality levels and strengthening connections)
• managing supply chain logistics.

Our aim is to continuously improve communication with our various partners, so that we can share one methodology and the information we possess in order to have a better understanding of each of these aspects and to optimise the procurement process.
