Our expertise: dry plants

We mainly sell dry plants for all sectors of activity. The choice of the drying method is reasoned according to the nature of the plants and the targeted outlet, the harvest periods, the quantities to be treated.
Once harvested and dried, plants can undergo various transformations. We offer our plants, according to customer needs, in whole form or:

•  Cut / Sifted:
  2 types of cuts are possible:

  • an extraction cut made using a knife grinder to obtain a calibration of approximately 0.5 to 3 cm.

  • a cut followed by a sieving intended mainly for herbalism is carried out thanks to another grinder. The calibration of the cut is then 0.1 to 3 cm.

• Sprayed:
  All our plants can, once dried, be sold in powder form. Equipped with two hammer mills and a rotary sieve, we are able to offer various particle sizes: 1200, 1000, 800, 500, 300 and <300 µm.

• Debacterized with microbiological compliance (whole, cut or powder).

• Sorted: mechanical sorting, manual or by colorimetry (optical sorting).

• Mixed (for homogenization or custom mixing of several plants).

• Decontamination by CO2 : 4 chambers for a total of 160 pallets to disinsect the goods (insects, larvae and eggs).

• Abrasive powders: powders of all sizes from fruit shells or stones, for cosmetics.
